"My House shall be called a house of prayer for all nations."
Non-Jews who seek the God of Abraham and ally with the People of Israel are our friends. It is as much our divine duty to embrace them as it is a desecration of the Name to neglect them. We are obliged and honored to welcome them in common fulfillment of the words of our prophets (ע"ה).
Non-Jews who have forsaken idolatry and shown committed allyship can fulfill meaningful roles in local services, within the boundaries of the words of our Sages and according to community decision. If they embrace Torah as God's immutable Covenant with Israel, they are no longer merely friendly allies,, but are become our brothers and sisters of common faith. They should be informed that it is possible to officially become a Jew, a full member of the People of Israel, if they so desire, in accordance with the required procedure. If they fully embrace Torah upon themselves and embrace our People as their People, then they have accepted upon themselves the kingdom of Heaven (עול מלכות שמיים). According to the words of Haz"al (our ancient Sages), once we realize their sincerity, it is our duty to "immediately" officiate their joining the People of Israel via the 'conversion process' (גיור).
Those who do not wish to fully come under the wings of the Divine Presence should be instructed in the 'Laws of Noah', in a fulfilling and reasonable manner as members of the community and associates of the People of Israel. It is a grave sin to push away the righteous and the sincere of the nations. Failure to embrace and guide them is tantamount to planting seeds of new religions. If history is a teacher, we are bound to reap the rotten fruit of replacement theology 3.0 as a result. Our actions today set the course for the future; so let's uphold our Divine mandate as a priestly nation, and in the words of our prophets (ע"ה), to be "a light unto the nations", for the sake of His Unity, baruk hu.
